Intersolar Europe 2023

On 13-16 June 2023, GET.invest will be attending Intersolar Europe 2023, the leading exhibition for the solar industry, taking place in Munich. With GET.invest support, our partner SolarPower Europe will organise several events delving into global markets, mobilising investments, and more.

On 15 June (9:30-10:30), GET.invest is participating in a side event on the EU’s Global Gateway Initiative, organised by SolarPower Europe, to conduct a focused discussion on driving investments in renewable energy in new, high-profile markets. The event will explore how to tap €300 billion of EU funding and guarantees for the development of solar projects via the EU’s new Global Gateway strategy.

Later the same day, participants are invited to attend the Global Associations Workshop, which will take place from 15:30 to 17:30, organised by SolarPower Europe and the German Solar Industry Association (BSW), with the support of the Global Solar Council (GSC). National solar associations from around the world will showcase their domestic markets to an international audience. Presentations will explore updates on local policy developments, highlight existing barriers, and share best practices on the coming challenges and opportunities for solar power developments.

Both events are free of charge and will be taking place in Room 2 (ICM).

At the end of the day, all participants are invited to attend SolarPower Europe’s booth (B3.109) party, which will start at 18:00 CEST. This will be a celebration of a successful year in solar deployment across the globe.
