Gregor Paterson-Jones

Currently NED at Guernsey Electricity, Chair of the IC of SEACEF, IC member of Infraimpact. Most recently the CIO of the Saudi SWF Infrastructure Fund in KSA. He has sat on the investment committees of the EIB’s European Fund for Strategic Investments, Mergence Asset Management, UNOPS, UNCDF, North Macedonian Innovation Fund, UK Clean Investments and UK GIB (the World’s first Green Investment Bank), where he was Managing Director. Prior to this he was CEO of SW Securities, and responsible for the world’s first listed Carbon Project Fund in 2005 in South Africa.

Over his career he has made investment decisions on over 150 renewable and infrastructure transactions across the globe, and advised organisations such as the World Bank, UNDP, ADB, REEEP, REPP, UNECE (where he is still advisory Board member for off grid PPPs), GET.invest, DG Clima, DG Ener, Horizon2020, the Joint SDG Fund and many others.
